1. Nature of Services

The Clinic provides structured, assessment-led canine-assisted therapeutic support and educational services.

We are not an emergency or crisis service.

2. Assessment and Suitability

All services are assessment-led. We may decline or pause services where safety, safeguarding, or suitability concerns arise.

3. Booking and Payment

Bookings are confirmed in writing. Fees are as published or agreed. Services may be paused where payment is outstanding.

4. Cancellations

• More than 48 hours’ notice: reschedule or refund

• 24–48 hours’ notice: discretionary reschedule

• Less than 24 hours or non-attendance: session fee payable

5. Conduct and Safety

Clients must follow safety guidance and disclose relevant risks. Sessions may be ended if safety is compromised.

6. Dog Welfare

Working dogs operate under strict welfare boundaries. Sessions may be adapted or stopped to protect welfare.

7. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where unlawful to do so. We are not liable for indirect losses.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the law of Scotland.
